Playbooks
Real sequences, real numbers, structure you can run.
A playbook here is not a framework I think is nice. It is one I actually ran: the goal, who it targeted, every message in the sequence with the copy I sent, the numbers it got, and what I would change if I ran it again today. Lift it and run it.
- 1Outreach. Pick who to talk to.
- 2Messaging. Say the one thing that gets a reply.
- 3Follow-up. Earn the second reply.
Every playbook follows the same shape
So you can compare them, and so I cannot hide a weak campaign behind a nice framework name.
- GoalThe specific meeting, not "more leads".
- Who it targetedStage, size, person, signal. Never a name.
- The sequenceEvery step, every channel, the copy as sent.
- ResultsSent, replied, booked. Per step.
- What I'd changeThe honest part.
- WalkthroughThe campaign on screen, with a transcript.
